NTPC Korba organised the second Town Official language Implementation Committee (TOlIC) meeting here. This committee has been formed in Korba under the instructions of GOI for promoting usage of Official language in all the Central Govt. Offices in the district. Over thirty Hindi Officers from various Central Govt. (Undertaking) units/offices located in the surroundings of Korba region took part in this meeting.
Sadhana Tripathy, Assistant Director, Regional Implementation Office for Rajbhasha, Bhopal presiding over the function drew the attention of the participants to the latest guidelines of the GOI on the subject. S K Roy, General Manager, NTPC Korba while delivering the welcome address highlighted on various steps being taken up by NTPC Korba to promote implementation of the Official language at workplace.
