Three Naxalites involved in arson, killing and triggering IED blasts were arrested on Wednesday in Narayanpur district in Chhattisgarh.
Shivaji alais Roopchand Mandavi (32), Jayluram Kashyap (22) and Sildhar Netam (21) were caught near Chhotedongar village by security forces, Narayanpur Superintendent of Police Pushkar Sharma said.
The District Reserve Guard (DRG) was involved in the operation.
Mandavi was a member of the Aderbeda Jantana Sarkar while Kashyap Netam was a Becha Jantana Sarkar member in the East Bastar Division of the outlawed Maoist outfit.
They were involved in triggering an improvised explosive device blast, torching vehicles and killings between 2021 and 2022, the officer said.
