Former Chhattisgarh Chief Secretary and currently Vice Chairman of the State Planning Commission Sunil Kumar has been handed over additional charge as Advisor to Chief Minister Raman Singh.
An order to this effect was issued by the State Mantralaya on Thursday, an official press release informed.
