Government of Chhattisgarh on Wednesday relieved Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) BVR Subrahmanyam for deputation in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. He has been posted as Chief Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir.
He is Chhattisgarh cadre IAS of 1987 batch.
He has also served as joint secretary in Manmohan Singh Government. Subrahmanyam was at present holding the post of ACS Home, Jail and Transport in the Government.
