The Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Plantation Incentive Scheme will be undertaken across the state in schools. School students and Eco Clubs in schools will play key roles. The students taking care of planted saplings will get marks or points.
The School Education department on Thursday issued directives to all district education and district mission coordinators for organizing plantation events in each school, an official communication stated. The responsibility has been fixed on District Mission Coordinators at elementary level and Additional District Education officers and District Education Officers at secondary school level.
