School students from insurgency-riddled Bastar district paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Raman Singh here on Saturday.The students have been selected from various high schools and higher secondary schools of seven development blocks of Bastar district for educational tour.
They have visited Science Centre, National Institute of Technology (NIT), Vivekananda Sarovar, Indoor Stadium and other places in capital city Raipur. Soon they will visit Bhilai Steel Plant also.During the meeting, Singh motivated the students to cross milestones of success in the field of education. He told students that any goal can be achieved with strong will power and determination and cited the examples of Bharat Ratna Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar and former President of India Dr APJ Abdul Kalam.
