Collector Bhim Singh has made an appeal to Charra villagers to provide their extended cooperation towards upgrading it as a ‘Model Village’ by 2016 in the district. Singh also encouraged the villagers to go for construction of toilets for 746 families till March this year. He was addressing the villagers during a district-level Public Grievance Camp conducted here.
As many as 300 applications were redressed during the camp while remaining were forwarded to be solved within the prescribed time-limit. Singh at the camp directed the Chhattisgarh State Power Development Company ltd (CSPDCl) employees to install the electric poles in every village. He said that a race will be organised by State Sports Department on February 23 and winners will be make their way for the Army recruitment rally scheduled in May this year.
