In a bid to curb the spread Covid-19 infection, the Chhattisgarh government has decided to keep its Secretariat and offices of department heads closed from Wednesday for a week but work will continue from home.
A circular from the General Administration Department said these offices will remain shut from July 22 to 28.
During this period, all the Departmental Heads, Secretaries, officers and workers associated with these offices will execute their work from home, an official statement said.
All these government employees will have to remain connected through email and phone, it said.
