State Govt gobbling up public fund, says Jogi

All India Congress Working Committee member and former Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Ajit Jogi said that all the schemes of the BJP Government are on paper only. Farmers, youth and labourers are not benefited by these schemes at all.

Reacting to the propaganda drive of Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh showing flag to the fleet of 10 vehicles prepared by the department of public relations carrying information regarding welfare schemes, he charged that in view of the elections round the corner, crores of rupees are splurged by the Government.

He lamented that had the head of the State kept an eye over the proper implementation of development schemes, such gimmicks were not needed. The State Government is gobbling up the public fund, he added.

Terming it as Bhastrachar Yatra, he stressed that public welfare schemes have been granted by the Union Government for benefit of common man but naming them differently the State Government is trying to take credit of  all these schemes.
