State health minister TS Singhdeo has formed a special team to monitor the day-to-day development of the Covid-19 outbreak in Katghora and Korba.
Katghora is currently a hotspot of the coronavirus outbreak in Chhattisgarh and out of the 21 active Covid-19 cases in the state, 13 are from Katghora town alone.
The team consists of special secretary CR Prassana, Vilas Bhoskar, (OSD), Dr Sundarani, and Asim Khan, deputy director health.
