Bemetara District Collector and Electoral Officer Mahadev Kavre has issued show cause notice to 114 Government employees out of 3,754 in the district for not attending election training in four development blocks , according to an official press release issued on Friday.
Notably, a total of 27 employees were absent in development blocks Bemetara, 35 in Berla, 30 in Saja and 22 in Navagarh during training.
The Collector found this while inspecting training in the development blocks.
The employees who attended were also being trained on usage of VVPAT machines.
