Shiv Ratan hits back at Satyanarayan

Published on:

In a quick response to his comments on Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP ) Raipur candidate Ramesh Bais, State general secretary of the party Shiv Ratan Sharma on Tuesday hit out at Congress candidate Satyanarayan Sharma and questioned his double standard.

Sharma said  Satyanarayan should disclose why he and all Congressmen chant the name of Rahul Gandhi all the time.

The Congress candidate and the entire Congress party chants the name of Rahul Gandhi but when it comes to BJP candidate they accuse him of naming Modi and Chief Minister Raman Singh.

“By saying that they are showing only their irritation. The Congress candidate himself is a  six time legislator. Can he say, he has no confidence on their party’s YuvrajIJ” ShivRatan asked.

When Congress candidate has confidence on their party leader, how can they ask somebody not to trust his own leadership” he said.

Sharma said Bais has clearly stated that he has full confidence on his own work, on the image of Chief Minister Raman Singh and nationwide wave in favour of BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. What is wrong in itIJ he asked.

The Congress party has been routed in Chhattisgarh due to the good image of chief minister Raman Singh.  Now the Congress will be routed across  the country due to the Narendra Modi  wave, he said.

Ramesh Bais does not need a certificate from anybody on the work he has done in in Raipur lok Sabha area. If Satyanarayan  Sharma wants the detail of the account of the  works, he should first ask to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, and former State Congress chief and Minister Charan Das Mahant what they have done. Sharma also asked Satyanarayan to explain what achievement he personally has made while staying as legislator for six terms also when he was a minister.

Accusing Satyanarayan of being involved in Congress infighting and factionalism, Sharma said he has not done anything for the people in the area during his 25 years tenure.
