Dr Sanjeev Sharma has been re-designated as Reserve Bank of India’s Regional Director for Chhattisgarh with effect from January 22, 2015. The Raipur Office of the Reserve Bank of India, upgraded as a branch w.e.f. November 1, 2012 was so far headed by General Manager (Officer-in-Charge). It has now been decided that the Office will be headed by Regional Director, a RBI press release issued here on Tuesday stated.
Accordingly, Dr Sanjeev Sharma, who has since been promoted as Chief General Manager is designated as the Regional Director of Chhattisgarh w.e.f January 22, 2015. Consequently, the Regional Director of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh posted to Bhopal Regional Office is re-designated as Regional Director of Madhya Pradesh.
