National President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Amit Shah will be visiting Raipur on Sunday to declare the party's poll manifesto titled ‘Sankalpa-Patra’ for Chhattisgarh.
On the other hand, Prime Minister and star campaigner of the party Narendra Modi will arrive for campaigning in Bastar’s district headquarters town Jagdalpur onNovember 9.
This was informed by Chairman of Raipur Development Authority, Sanjay Shrivastava and State Vice President of the party and former Chairman of Raipur Municipal Corporation, Sunil Soni at a press conference here on Friday.
The two BJP leaders claimed that the party had jumped into the poll fray with the development plank and this would be highlighted in the election manifesto.
“We have a number of achievements of past 15 years to show and we will once again demand mandate from the people of the state”, they said.
Replying to a query about infighting in the party after the announcement of party’s poll candidates, the leaders said all the dissidents of the party have been pacified.
