leader of Opposition TS Singh Deo while talking with reporters said that the Congress party in the State was seriously thinking over the formation of ‘shadow cabinet’ in Chhattisgarh.
The matter would be discussed with senior party leaders after which department-wise responsibility would be distributed among fellow party men.This (formation of shadow cabinet) would help party legislators to concentrate on departments and perform better. The young winning candidates could also be given responsibilities he said.
