Counsel of Murarka while moving the bail application had urged the court that his client would be regularly appearing in the court and would not leave the town. He would cooperate in all the court proceedings.
On Monday CBI had filed the chargesheet in which Kailash Murarka, Bhupesh Baghel, Vinod Verma, Vijay Bhatia, Rinku Khanuja (deceased) and Vijay Pandya were made the accused.

In coming days, Murarka said he would unravel the mystery behind the scenes.
He added that one by one he would unveil the mask on big faces and said he will call a press conference in New Delhi on this issue soon.
