South East Central Railway (SECR), the highest profit making zone of the Indian Railways, will conduct a Pension Adalat to settle the grievances of Railway retirees in the divisional headquarters including Bilaspur, Raipur and Nagpur besides Wagon Repair Shop Raipur, Motibag Workshop Nagpur and General Store Depot Raipur on Monday.
During the Pension Adalat, officials of all subsequent departments will resolve the issues of retirees and their families whose complaints are yet to be redressed.
According to information, the Railway employees who have retired and families of the deceased, who have sent their representations to the divisional offices in response to the notification issued, but have not received any communication so far would attend the Adalat for redressal of their problems.
The intention of conducting the massive pension Adalat is to examine the grievances of pensioners so as to redress the same by taking the decisions on the spot and to obviate the delays, if any, in the settlement of their dues.
The pensioners and family of the pensioners have to submit their grievances along with supporting documents and lodge their claim with the Pension Adalat regarding non-payment of settlement dues.
