Reacting sharply over the allegations of corruption leveled by the BJP against him, Satyanarayan Sharma, Congress party candidate for Raipur lok Sabha seat, said that the BJP must present proof in support of the allegations leveled against him or else he would file defamation suit against them.
Sharma termed the BJP allegations as an attempt to shift people's attention from the charges against them, informed Rajesh Bissa of the state Congress Committee on Saturday. Sharma was addressing party workers' meetings on Saturday in Silyari and Rawan along with All India Congress Committee (AICC) secretary Bhakta Charan Das, state party president Bhupesh Baghel and Chhaya Verma.Bhakta Charan Das said that the policies and schemes made by Central government has helped in improving the living standards of the people in other parts of India. However, the BJP State Government had totally failed in implementing those schemes.
