A large Audience Motivational Intervention (lAMI) for senior executives of Bhilai Steel Plant was organized at HRD Centre by Anil Bhatnagar, External Faculty recently, which was inaugurated by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) M Ravi.
Dignitaries present on the occasion were, ED (P&A) MK Barman, ED (Projects) AK Mathur, ED (Works) TB Singh, ED (MM) Reeta Banerjee, Dir I/c (M & HS) K N Thakur, ED (F&A) B P Nayak. Also present on the occasion were Girish Kumar, DGM (HRD) and Asharani Pathak, DGM (HRD).
CEO, M Ravi in his Inaugural address urged all participants to join their hands and work towards doing well consistently. “We must keep our motivation level on the higher side,’’ he said. ED (P&A) MK Barman stated, “We must enjoy the journey of life in every moment, we must unleash the hidden potential in u”.
At the outset, Girish Kumar, DGM (HRD) gave the welcome address. Anil Bhatnagar, External Faculty from ‘Thrive’, New Delhi said that there must be catalysts of change at all levels.
Bhatnagar during the course of the workshop covered different attributes like change in attitude, goal formation, blueprint for high performance, purpose of doing things, how leadership orchestrates performance etc. He also delved into different areas like concern, commitment, planning, problem-solving and working towards progress.
Ravi and ED(P&A) MK Barman were present during the Valediction of the workshop. As many as 136 participants attended the programme.
While sharing their experiences about the day-long workshop, the participants stated that they got to know the real meaning of success, how to face challenges, maintain a scorecard, ask for guidance, execution of good intentions and enjoying the journey to happiness.
