The Rashtriya Swayansevak Sangh (RSS) on Sunday took out massive Path Sanchalan from two different places, which, after passing through various areas of the city, culminated at old Ganj Mandi.

One of the Path Sanchalans took out from Tularam Arya Girls School ground, passed through IMA Chowk, Shaheed Chowk, Agrasen Chowk, Tarun Talkies, Subhash Chowk, Takiyapara, Gujarati Dharmashala, Maan Hotel Chowk, Killa Mandir Chowk, Kankalin Mandir, Chandi Mandir and reached Ganj Mandi. Whereas, the second Pathsanchalan started from Padmanabhpur, went through Panchsheel Academy Chowk, Kanhaiyyapuri, Kasarideeh Chowk, Rani laxmibai Chowk, Irani Dera, Uttai Naka Chowk and Patel Chowk, and finally converged at Ganj Mandi.

At various places citizens and social organisations accorded floral welcome to the Path Sanchalan. The Swayam Sevaks, holding saffron flags marched in three lines. It was a historic Path Sanchalan for Durg, in which thousands of Swayam Sevaks from Navagarh, Bemetara, Berla, Saja, Thanakhamhariya, Dhamdhama, Ahiwara, Patan, Bhilai, Kumhari, Jamul and Durg, presented an example of discipline and unity. People from various places gathered at squares and roadsides to see the disciplined Path Sanchalan.

At the public programme held at Ganj Mandi, chief of All India Tribal Students of ABVP Praful Akrant from Nagpur, Prantsangh Chalak Bisraram Yadav and district Sahsanghchalak Ganesh Shankar Deshpandey were present as main speakers. Underlining the prayer of RSS, Praful Akrant said that the Sangh, through its daily Shakhas, discusses among the child, youth and aged Swayam Sevaks about the country, problems and its solutions. This work of the Shakha inspires the Swayam Sevaks towards the glory of the country.

He added that the effect of the prayer of the Sangh was so great that every work of the Sangh was performed with the conduct of the prayer. Only the prayer led us to the motive, he added.
