Women and Child Development Minister Ramsheela Sahu has sanctioned developmental works worth Rs97.37 lakh for Durg (Rural) region.
The amount is meant for laying of cement concrete roads, 10 Nirmal ghats and three Muktidhams in the rural areas of Durg. Sixteen cement concrete roads will be laid at a cost of Rs57 lakh, 10 Nirmal ghats to be built at a cost of Rs 26 lakh and three Muktidhams to be built at a cost of Rs14.37 lakh, officials stated.
The Minister sanctioned the works on the request of the citizens and people's representatives. The roads will be laid at Balodi, Nagpura, Koliyapuri, Amti and Achouti villages. Nirmal ghats will be constructed at Khursul, Borisarka, Kokdi and Aalbaras.
