Health Minister Amar Agrawal convened a review meeting of various departments during his recent visit to the district. During the meeting, Agrawal took stock of availability of drinking water in various wards of Korba city.
He said that all departments should note that no excess staff should be found in the departments and their number should be as per sanctioned posts.
During the meeting, Agrawal sanctioned Rs 6 crore for developmental works of Korba and Rs 4 crore was sanctioned for other areas developmental works.He directed the officials to spend the money in public welfare works.
