State Government's home department has cleared insurance claim of Rs 7.98 crore to martyred and injured officials-employees of Police department and Paramilitary Forces.
In 2015, Police department has cleared payments in 78 cases of insurance claim of Chhattisgarh Police and Paramilitary Forces.
last year, insurance amount in cases of 24 martyrs of District Police and Chhattisgarh Armed Force, seven martyrs of Central Paramilitary Forces, and 11 martyr Assistant Constables have been paid to the respective family members.
State Government has also paid the insurance amount to 33 injured officials-employees of District Police, Chhattisgarh Armed Force and Central Paramilitary Forces in this duration.
