The State Government has sanctioned Rs 15.61 crore for construction of buildings for 16 high schools and four higher secondary schools.
This includes Rs 73.73 lakh for high school buildings and Rs 95.15 lakh for higher secondary school buildings, which will be constructed by Public Works Department (PWD).
PWD Minister Rajesh Munat informed that Rs 3.81 crore have been sanctioned for construction of buildings for four higher secondary schools in three development blocks of Balodabazar-Bhatapara district.
This includes construction of higher secondary school buildings in Arjuni of Kasdol block and Goda of Palari block, Shikari Kesli and Mohra area of Simga block.
