To boost morale of students so that they could efficiently and competently deal with pre-examination stress, Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC) on Saturday hosted a programme in the city for the students of 13 higher secondary schools.
The programme, which was organised here at Shaheed Smarak Bhawan was attended by a well-known mathematician BN Rao. Addressing the auditorium packed gathering of students, Rao suggested students to engage in regular practice of mathematics and not any develop unnecessary fear of the subject. Moreover, he also went on to tell students to acquire a tension-free approach while solving mathematical problems or questions.
Meanwhile, he also taught various techniques for solving questions, remembering tables and others to students within short time through interactive methods. Children studying in schools being operated by RMC are highly talented and required proper encouragement for confidence building, said Rao, adding that confidence could be attained by inculcating the habit of practicing taught lessons on regular basis.
The programme was attended by principals and teachers of schools.
