A research paper and documentary film prepared by students of M Phil (Media Studies) and MSc (Electronic Media) of Kushabhau Thakre University of Journalism and Mass Communication (KTUJM), Raipur received wide appreciation in an International Conference on “People Politics and Media”.
The research paper “Current Scenario of Political Journalism” prepared jointly by Avinash Kumar Parate of MPhil Media Studies and Bichitrananda Panda of MSc Electronic Media was
presented in the conference organised by School of Media and Communication, Jagaran lakecity University (JlU), Bhopal.
On first day of the Conference topics like Politics and Media, State versus news Media, Role of media in conflict, New media and Democracy, Media Ownership pattern and Cinema society & Politics were discussed.
The conference is being attended by over 100 delegates and paper presenters coming from United Kingdom, USA and South Africa.
