Senior Naval officer Rear Admiral Atul Khanna, VSM visited Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) on Tuesday, a BSP press release informed.
Upon his arrival at Bhilai Niwas, he was accorded warm welcome by senior officers of Bhilai Steel Plant. On this occasion, he planted a sapling in the campus of Bhilai Niwas.
Immediately after his arrival, he visited the Plant and had a meeting with PK Dash, ED (Works) at Sanyantra Bhavan. Thereafter, he attended a Corporate Presentation on Bhilai Steel Plant by the Business Excellence Department which was also attended by senior officers of the Plant.
Subsequently, he visited Blast Furnace-8 Mahamaya and Plate Mill.
He visited Ispat Bhavan, where he held discussions with AK Rath, Chief Executive Officer, BSP and senior officers of the Plant.
