The Raipur Development Authority (RDA) will sell as many as 23 housing plot under Kamal Vihar scheme on December 19, official said on Saturday. The authorities would issue sale tender for disposal of the plots located in sector four, six and eight of Kamal Vihar in Raipur.
Raipur Development Authority (RDA) chief executive officer Amit Kataria held a meeting two days ago and directed the officials to start selling of the tender papers from December second. Kataria said the offset price of fully developed plot has been fixed at Rs 1,150. people offering to buy the plot need to quote the same price in their papers while submitting their application.
Dec 19, evening five pm has been fixed as the last date for receiving the tender papers. Kamal Vihar project is an ambitious township project, would come up at the outskirts of the capital city in the line of modern housing projects in the big cities, Spread out at a sprawling area of 1,600 acre land in Dunda area of Raipur.
