A case of rape was registered against Bal Krishna Agrawal, the owner of hotel Chidambara, on Sunday with Mahila Police station. Agrawal was accused in a rape case registered last year also, which is currently in the court of law.
According to police the victim in case has made her mother, step father, nephew of Bal Krishna Agrawal as co-accuse. The victim in the written complaint alleged that Agrawal and his nephew Rajneesh Agrawal had exploited her for past 10 years. “The victim told police that her father died before her birth and her mother Pushpa Diwan married one Daneshwar Diwan after her birth. Her mother and his step father send her to work in the hotel Chidambar while she was a minor. Agrawal and his nephew Rajneesh then used to exploit her under support from her mother and step-father in the hotel,” police said.
Going by the allegations levelled by complainant police further said that Agrawal the prepared a fake certificate indicating the victim girl as an adult and then forcibly married her to Rajneesh. later she was sent to Punjab where she was forced into infidelity. During this time she gave birth to a boy and a girl. Somehow few days back se managed to flee from Punjab and reached Raipur and has registered case against Agrawal.
It may be mentioned that last year a woman of Nagpur registered an FIR against Agrawal accusing him of raping her. However Agrawal was given anticipatory bail in the case.
