Making another move to remain in touch with the citizens so that their problems could be addressed effectively, Chief Minister Raman Singh will now respond to the queries of people through popular social networking site Facebook.
The interaction will be held every month on a different topic. With this step, Chief Minister Raman Singh will become the first Chief Minister of the country to answer public queries live through a social networking site, officials said.
The first interaction is scheduled to be held on September 26 between 11 am and 12 noon in which Singh will be answering questions of the people at #Raman Connects of Facebook Q & A. The topic of first programme is going to be based on Skill Development. In this regard, Raman Singh on Saturday unveiled the poster #Raman Connects at his official residence in presence of Secretary and Director of State Public Relations Department Ganesh Shankar Mishra and Joint Secretary to Chief Minister, Rajat Kumar in Raipur.
Meanwhile, Singh invited people to post their suggestions till September 26 at #Raman Connects.
