Chief Minister Raman Singh has announced that electrification of tribal villages mainly Dumarghat, Themli and Pathri in the district will be taken up soon. Singh was on a visit to remote villages of Mainpur block in the district during the lok Suraj Abhiyan on Monday.
Notably, it was a pending demand of the residents of these villages for many years.
Komal, one such resident of Pathri expressed her gratitude towards the Chief Minister for this initiative. Similarly, Bansiram of Dumarghat shared her happiness for the announcement. Apart from the power supply, Singh approved construction of a hostel for remote area students.
