Chief Minister Raman Singh on Wednesday gave consent in principle for organising a National Championship of Squash in January next year in Raipur, a Government statement informed.
After attending the annual general meeting of Chhattisgarh Squash Association held at CM residence, Raman Singh had a detailed discussion with the delegation of the association. Singh is the Chairman of Chhattisgarh Squash Association.
The delegation members informed Chief Minister in details about the decisions taken at the meeting and other activities of the association. Delegation included Vice-Chairman of the Association lata Ussendi, Alok Dubey, Rakesh Pandey and Secretary Vishnu Shrivastav. Meanwhile, other officials and members of the association were also present on the occasion.
