Collector Raipur Dr S. Bharati Dasan on Monday appealed to the people to maintain discipline and strictly follow the Covid protocols.
A seven-day lockdown has been imposed in Raipur starting from September 21 at 9:00 pm till September 28 midnight. Section 144 has been imposed and the entire district has been declared a containment zone.
“We can defeat this disease only through caution. Before leaving the house wear mask, follow social distancing, regularly wash hands, comply with social distancing and use Ayurvedic remedies,” the Collector said in a press release.
Early detection of Covid can prevent a patient from getting serious. A delay can put lives at risk, he said, while appealing to the citizens to get themselves tested if they feel any Covid symptom.
Carelessness can ruin a family. So, make the Covid protection measures a part of your life, Dr Dasan said.
