Raipur, Durg and Bastar districts carry the highest number of active positive Covid-19 cases as compared to other districts of Chhattisgarh. The Covid-19 positivity rate was 0.06 percent on Friday.
Four districts - Baloda Bazar, Surajpur, Balrampur and Narayanpur - have no active cases, Health Department data said on Friday. The total number of active cases is 258 in the state. One person died due to Covid.
A total of 4,828 samples were tested out of which three persons were found positive. One each is from Durg, Raigarh and Bastar.
Raipur has the highest number of active positive (46 patients), followed by Durg (35), Bastar (26), Bilaspur (24) and Janjgir-Champa (21). The other districts having double digit figures are Korba (18), Raigarh (13), Jashpur (15) and Dantewada (10).
The positivity rate was 0.16 percent as eight new cases were detected after testing 4,849 samples on Thursday.
