Chief Minister Raman Singh has termed the Railway budget 2015-16 as balanced, optimistic, appreciable and positive while stating that the provision of ‘cargo centers’ for farmers will prove largely beneficial for the agrarian states such as Chhattisgarh.
He said that the Railway budget will promote modernisation through innovations. Continuous modernisation of Railways will further improve management while catalyzing the development of the nation.
