The Raipur District administration has provided permission for the Road Show of All India Congress Committee (AICC) Chief Rahul Gandhi which will pass through the major roads of the city on Friday.
The Road Show of AICC Chief will commence from Gandhi Chowk, Durg and will culminate at Swami Vivekananda Airport , Raipur while passing through key roads of Raipur.
Rahul Gandhi would be present in a well decorated bus accompanied by the state-level party leaders and will disembark at major places where the Congress workers will meet and felicitate him.
According to programme , the AICC Chief will now do a Road Show crossing the heart of the Raipur city. The District Administration and police officials for the Road Show have been deployed and a route map of roads had been prepared from where the traffic is to be diverted.
The Road Show will commence from Gandhi Chowk in Durg and while passing through New Bus Stand, Rajendra Park Chowk, Malviya Nagar Chowk, Y-shape over bridge, Battalion headquarters which enter steel city Bhilai.
In Bhilai it will pass through Nehru Nagar Chowk, Kosanagar Toll Plaza, Ghadi Chowk Supela, Chandra Maurya Talkies, New Basant Talkies and will reach Power House Chowk.
Thereafter, it will go through Khursipar Gate, Mini Stadium, Dabrapara Chowk, Bhilai-3, Sirsa Gate, Charauda, Kumhari and will reach Raipur.
In Raipur, the route of it is passing through Tatibandh Chowk, Mahoba Bazar, Aamanaka, Ravishankar Shukla University, Rajkumar College, Vandana Auto, lakhe Nagar Chowk, Tillu Chowk, Purani Basti, Indoor Stadium, Sapre School, Municipal Office, Government School, Rajiv Gandhi Chowk, Moti Bagh, Ghadi Chowk Collectorate Chowk, Guru Teg Bahadur Udyan, Guru Ghasidas Museum, Shankar Nagar Chowk, Marine Drive, Telibandha, VIP Road and will finally culminate at Swami Vivekanand Airport, Mana.
The AICC Chief will proceed for New Delhi thereafter.
