They are the real strength of party and party is proud of them. They should know what are the existing aspirations, hopes and sentiments of people and then based on the feedback; the government can work in a direction according to it.
Prime Minister said that BJP is a cadre based party, so the cadre has to give the feedback of the government. Has the schemes being implemented by the governments reaching the people or not, after they derive benefit it is beneficial or not, did it reach the poor, all these has to be alerted to the government. So there should be a balance of organization with the government. For which the party activist has to remain alert and also alert the government.
