The Shankaracharya of Dwarkapeeth Swami Swaroopanandji Saraswati on Monday termed the work of protecting the cow as an act of virtue. The Shankaracharya was addressing a ‘Dharma Sabha' organised at Agrasesn Bhawan here.
He said that a ‘Raksha Sena’ has been constituted to appeal to the people to quit drugs and lead a peaceful life. Former leader of Opposition in Chhattisgarh Assembly Ravindra Choubey besides MlA Gurumukh Singh Hora and other public representatives and citizens were present on the occasion.
