District Magistrate Siddharth Komal ‘Pardeshi’ has issued prohibitive orders under Section 144 while banning all meetings, rallies, dharnas and demonstrations in the localities lying in proximity of the Chhattisgarh Assembly premises for the smooth conduct of the coming monsoon session, an official statement issued here on Friday said.
The order would remain effective between July 15 to 19 from Baloda Bazar VIP Square to Vidhan Sabha building, Gyan Ganga School till Vidhan Sabha building and in the 2 kms distance of Mandhar Road leading to the Vidhan Sabha building.
