The National Informatics Centre (NIC), Korba, has prepared a portal for the district using a special software. Accordingly, the Government will now enlist important applications regarding grievances of people and problems of general public and now them online. With this process, the Official of the department concerned can see online the status of applications received and dispose them off besides uploading them online.
With this initiative, immediate disposal of important issues related to the district and people would be achieved easily and check such officers who prolong the cases on the pretext of non-receipt of applications. Implementation of this significant initiative for the immediate disposal of grievances of general public has begun.District NIC Officer Hemant Jaiswal said that the portal will have account of all government departments of the district.
At the beginning the portal will have 86 accounts, in which different departments of the district and section level officers. User ID and password are being provided to all departments.Information related to different departments, application number, subject of application and other information will be registered in the software.
