The Government staff to be deployed for making a scrutiny of expenditure being made by the various candidates during the poll campaign period will attend a training programme beginning tomorrow in the district headquarters.
District Collector and Electoral Officer Ambalgan P had directed all the officials to be present for the training programme who had been assigned the work of maintaining a vigil on the expenditure being made by the candidates during the campaigning period. The Collector had also directed that all the other teams of officials who had been assigned poll duties such as Video Vigil, Accounts, Flying Squad, Media Certification and even Sub Inspectors of the police stations have to attend the training programme.
