The Chhattisgarh government has announced new posts for 38 state police officers, it was announced on Wednesday.
Raipur (Rural) Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Tarkeshwar Patel will be the Raipur (City) ASP while Raipur (ASP) Lakhan Pawar Patle will now be Raipur (Rural) ASP.
Dhamtari ASP Manisha Thakur Rawate has been made Kabirdham ASP while Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara ASP Nivedita Paul has given responsibility as Dhamtari ASP.
Anti-Corruption Bureau/ Economic Offence Wing ASP Maheshwar Nag has become ASP (Traffic) in Raigarh.
Bemetara ASP Vimal Kumar Bais has been posted as the State Intelligence Bureau (SIB) ASP in Raipur.
Abhishek Maheshwari, who is Assistant Inspector General of Police (Intelligence) with additional charges as ASP (Crime) in Raipur, will continue with the same post.
Prashant Katlam (Balrampur ASP), Pratibha Pandey (Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi ASP) and Rahul Dev Sharma (Raipur City Superintendent of Police) are among other officers who got new postings.
Meanwhile, 69 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSP) in various districts were given new posting in the departmental reshuffle.
