Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CGPCC) president , Bhupesh Baghel claimed that the police action against senior journalist Vinod Verma was a ‘conspiracy’.
His (Verma’s) life in jail is also in danger and the Congress party demands security arrangements for him , he told reporters.
“On one hand, the State Government claims that the CD is fake and on the other, it orders for CBI enquiry; this is double standard,” he said.
