Public sector steel giant Steel Authority of India ltd’s (SAIl) Bhilai Steel Plant is the proud winner of prestigious Prime Minister’s trophy for the best integrated steel plant in the country for a record 10 times out of 19 times .
As a part of the evaluation process for the Prime Minister's Trophy for the best integrated Steel Plant, a plant-wide Employee Satisfaction Survey is being conducted by an independent agency appointed by the Prime Minister’s Trophy Secretariat.
“This consulting company will distribute the questionnaires, collect the responses, analyse them and later submit the results. The survey is being conducted in all the Steel Plants participating in the award process,’’ a press statement of the Bhilai Plant informed.
In Bhilai Steel Plant, the survey is being conducted from 15th to 19th July 2013 and around 5000 randomly selected employees (executives and non-executives) from different departments will participate in the survey.
Survey will be conducted at three locations simultaneously. Individual invitation letters have been sent to the Employees through their HOD/Sectional Heads for participating in this survey. They have been called in different sessions of 90 minutes each to fill up the questionnaire.
