The body of a 27-year-old pharmacist who drowned after a boat carrying Health Department workers capsized in a river was found on Tuesday in Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh.
The incident took place when the team was returning from a medical camp organized in Kosalnar village on Monday evening, District Programme Manager (Health Department) Sandeep Tamrakar said.
When the boat capsized, three persons managed to escape but Pradeep Kaushik drowned in the strong currents.
