For five decades, Congress has been indulging in the politics of vote bank. They do not even hesitate in cashing in on the name of Mahatma Gandhi, he said. “It is unfortunate how the UPA government at the Centre made a world record in corruption and tarnished India’s image,” Paikra said. Even our country’s prime minister is involved in the coal block allocation scam, he said.
He said for years, Congress misled the public and added to their bank balance. The party has also made a record in sending off crores of rupees to foreign bank accounts. On the other hand, the work done by Raman Singh and his government is being appreciated by everyone. He has also been successful in eradicating naxal problem from Bastar and Surguja to a large extent, he said. Both women and farmers are happy with BJP’s performance in the State, he claimed.
