According to railway officials, some miscreants hatched the plan to derail Kirandul Passenger and put a heavy rail piece on the track between Kumharsodara and Kaklur stations in the valley area. However, even after hitting the rail piece the train remained on the track with sever jerks. After reaching Kaklur the driver informed the station master about the incident after which rail track inspection team was sent to the spot leading to suspension of rail service on the route between 11.30 to 6 am as precaution. After conducting patrolling on Thursday morning and declaring the track safe, train services started on the stretch.
