Prof (Dr) MS Parmar took charge as the new Vice-Chancellor of Kushabhau Thakre Varsity of Journalism and Mass Communication on Saturday from founder Vice-Chancellor Dr Sachchidanand Joshi in presence of all teaching faculty. Prof Parmar after taking charge said, “quality education in the University will be my first priority and try to take professionalism to carve student for media industry.”
He stressed to develop this university as national and international centre of media education and research. In this instance Head of Electronic Media Department Narendra Tripathi, Head of Journalism Department PN Pandey, Head of Advertisement and Public Relation Department Ashutosh Mandavi, Head of Management Department Abhishek Dubey, Head of Mass Communication Department Sahid Ali, Asst Prof Rajendra Mohanty, Asst Prof Nripendra Sharma with all staff member and student of the university were also present.
