Where there is a will, there is a way.
Residents of a village in Chhattisgarh's Rajnanadgaon district have got together to procure a bus so that their children can study in the Swami Atmanand English Medium School.
Village Goattola in Mohla block, located in a forested area, has 30 children admitted in the school at Mohla, about 15 km away.
As there was no regular transport to take and bring back the children daily, the parents decided there was only one way out -- get hold of a bus.
They did that after collecting funds. The bus will commence service from September 10, plying between the village and the school.
"We united to procure a bus," said Pyarelal Jaiswal, a member of the Parents Committee and a former soldier.
