Due to the corruption perpetrated by leaders of BJP and the misrule of the saffron party’s Government during the last 9 years people of Chhattisgarh have become fed-up with BJP and its direct benefit would go to Congress in the ensuing Assembly poll, said senior Congress leader Ramchandra Singhdeo.
Former FM of State Singhdeo alleged that during the last 10 years more than Rs 2 lakh cr have been spent by the Government besides crores being pumped in by Union Government through its various schemes but no development is visible in State as also the growth rate has taken a down turn.
While talking to The Pioneer during his Bastar stay on Sunday, Singhdeo said that for the development of Bastar area enough resources are available but unfortunately number of poor has doubled here during the last 9 years of the BJP rule even if number of rich has also increased in the State.
